You have better things to do than sit in the waiting room of an automotive service center. Let Velocity’s Concierge Automotive Service give you back your free time by managing all your auto care needs, for you.
From car washes to routine maintenance, from refueling your vehicle to replacing your tires, let Velocity Service’s highly trained and experienced technicians take care of all your vehicle’s needs while you are at work.
How It Works
- Reserve a morning or afternoon time slot for your vehicle to be picked up.
- Let us know what services you will need for your vehicle in the appointment set-up menu.
- One of our Service Advisors will contact you before your reservation to introduce themselves and confirm your request.
- Park your vehicle in the designated parking spots (by 8:30am for morning appointments and by 1:00pm for afternoon appointments) *refer to aerial view below.
- Check in at the Velocity Service kiosk, located in The Plaza Tower lobby, and place your key in the designated box when prompted.
- Your professional Velocity Concierge driver will arrive at your designated time to pick up your keys, take your vehicle to our state-of-the-art service center, and then bring it back safely at the end of service. Once you pay at the kiosk you will be able to claim your keys and pick up your vehicle at the designated parking spot.
- You can continue your day knowing one more item is crossed off your list.

Oil Changes
We can service all makes and models, cars, trucks, and SUVs. Velocity Service follows all manufacturers guidelines regarding specific weight and grade of motor oil and recommended oil filter.
Tire Alignments, Rotations, or Changes
Whether you need new tires or just need to schedule a rotation, get your tires changed or serviced while at work.
Regular Maintenance & Scheduled Service
Our Concierge Service makes it easy to keep up with scheduled maintenance and the requirements of your vehicle’s warranty. Just schedule an appointment and we can look up your vehicle manufacturer’s required and recommended maintenance schedule. Then leave the rest to our highly trained service technicians.
Car Washes & Detailing
Who has time to wash and detail their car? Let us pick up your dirty vehicle and you’ll get it back clean, neat, and looking great!
Gas Refueling
Save valuable time at the end of the day by having us fill up your tank after performing any of the Velocity Concierge Services.
Window Tint or Re-Tinting
Tired of getting into a blazingly hot vehicle or have you started to notice that your window tint that was brand new when you bought your car is starting to bubble? Let us pick up your car and get your windows professionally tinted or your old tint taken off and re-tint those windows for you.
Driver Screening and Safety
It is important for us to offer outstanding service and high safety standards, which is why we take meticulous care in reviewing, screening and selecting our drivers. All our drivers are fully background checked and insured.
